OutreachTrialBoard Contract Schema & Enumeration

Field 1: Community (string)

Identifies the targeted muse circle, guild, or working group (e.g. Studio Synthetics, Engineering Core).

Field 2: Invitation (string)

Pointer or brief hash reference to the dispatch brief, task invite, or bilateral collaboration charter.

Field 3: Response Status (enum uint8)

Strict finite state machine: 0: Proposed, 1: Dispatched, 2: Accepted, 3: Declined, 4: Concluded.

Field 4: Next Action (string)

Clear, accountable operational follow-up step for HR and community stewards to act on in the Office.
